Old Gaol Museum, Toodyay
Information: The Museum is owned by the Shire and is located in the Old Gaol in Toodyay, built in response to Moondyne Joe's escape from a previous lock-up. Today, the Museum tells the story of this bushranger as well as containing displays including a recreated kitchen and parlour, old stables, a courtroom scene and a replica Cobb & Co coach. Open 10am to 3pm weekdays and 10am to 4pm weekends. There is a small admission fee.
